Cancellation Policy

This can include rain, storms, high winds, or any conditions deemed unsafe for fishing. Sea Sickness: Refunds will not be provided if a customer or group experiences sea sickness during the trip. This is because sea sickness is considered a personal reaction to the conditions at sea, and it may not be within the control of the charter company
