Cancellation Policy
Weather Conditions: Reckless reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips in the event of inclement weather. This can include rain, storms, high winds, or any conditions deemed unsafe for fishing. Sea Sickness: Refunds will not be provided if a customer or group experiences sea sickness during the trip. This is because sea sickness is considered a personal reaction to the conditions at sea, and it may not be within the control of the charter company
